Duration
A nine-month mentoring programme that runs from January to September
Cohort size
Twelve participants in each cohort
Required commitment
Four to six hours in a month (mostly self-paced)
Two hours of virtual meeting every last Saturday of the month
Eligibility
Must be African
Enrolled in any health-related course in an African University
Either in the penultimate or final year
Selection criteria
Along with meeting the eligibility requirements above, candidates showing demonstrable leadership potential and innovative solutions to health challenges in Africa are encouraged to apply.
